A little note to let you know I am fine and healthy and still living in Williamsburg, Brooklyn, which is still the coolest part of Brooklyn to live this days.
Working for ESPN in their research department for the X Games has kept me very busy.
My devotion to endurance training recently has gotten me involved with an event that will be televised on Outdoor Life Network starting in January. It's called
It is an adventure style contest where 50 chosen non- professional athletes try to win a guided trip up Mount Everest.
Apparently, the OLN producers loved my personality so I will be one of the selected few to be featured in the first segment....hahahah....showing my agony of defeat - I didn't make the cut....
Check it out online or on TV to watch me falling in six inches of mud and freezing rain while riding down the most famous mountain biking trails in Moab, Utah, plus swimming across the muddy Colorado River with teams and rock climbing in the snow.
